3 ready-made phyllo dough For Sotesi

3 long green peppers
1 capia pepper
2 tomatoes
1 cup canned carrot peas
1 tablespoon tomato paste- 15 grams
1 teaspoon of salt - 8 grams

Half a glass of water - 100 ml
For the bechamel sauce
Half a glass of vegetable oil - 45 ml
1 tablespoon of flour - 20 grams
